I gave them a call and explained the situation as well as our urgency to have it fixed, they understood my needs and were extremely sympathetic. They had a technician at my house the following day! These guys worked tirelessly until they resolved all my problems.

I urge anyone reading this review to do yourself a favor and call these guys, you will not regret it. My only disappointment is that I cannot rate these guys higher than 5 stars.
